We will promote a campus climate that provides for the equitable treatment of students, staff, faculty and all campus partners and visitors.
Consistent with Virginia Tech’s Beyond Boundaries vision for programmatic and transdisciplinary collaboration, we will work collaboratively within the administrative enterprise, across functional areas, and across all university divisions and offices.
We will carry out our mission in an environment that promotes respect for individuals and the institution, demonstrates integrity through ethical behavior, and that provides accountability, responsiveness, and transparency to our campus partners and colleagues.
